Update: Fixed 


We have fixed the issue affecting the 'in alarm' count. The system should now return to normal. 


We will continue to closely monitor the system for the next few hours. 




We have identified an issue with the 'in alarm' count affecting some Enterprise customers. Our developers are currently investigating. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 


The In alarm count on the Enterprise and groups is not accurate. To find the actual number of site 'in alarm' state, click into the group, then use the filters at the top. Click the 'in alarm' filter on the right to reveal the real number of sites in alarm. 



In the example below, there are, in fact, no sites in alarm.




Please note the 'Locked' and 'High Activity' status counts are unaffected.
