CONXTD is all about using colours and icons to allow users to visualise their alarm systems.

The image below shows all background colours that may appear for sites on the dashboard.

Dark blue - Set/Close

The bell shows that this site has had 2 alarms within the time period selected.

The alarm in the middle is the last alarm that has been sent, which happens to be the site being set (close).

Light Blue - Unset/Open

The bell shows that this site has had 3 alarms within the time period stated at the top of the page (1 day).

The alarm in the middle is the last alarm that has been sent, which happens to be the unset (open).

Green - System CONXTD (Connected)

The bell shows that this site has had 0 alarms within the time period. CONXTD shows that although there has been no activity, the system is still connected to the CONXTD platform, ready for any future alarms. The middle section reflects this by showing the CONXTD logo in green.

If the timeframe is extended, then the colour may change as CONXTD finds alarms for the site, therefore it will display these instead.

Orange - Connection Pending

Like the green, the orange appears as there have been no alarms within the time period. Orange means the system is trying to connect to the CONXTD platform, but has not connected yet. When in this state alarms will not be received.

Red - Connection Failed

Like the green and the orange, the red appears as there have been no alarms within the time period. Red means the system cannot connect to the CONXTD platform and no alarms will be received. This usually occurs if the unit has been down powered.
